Amb. Dr. Doris Nkiruka Okelue is a dynamic entrepreneur, strategic business coach, and philanthropist whose multifaceted career spans business, fashion, health, and wellness. Hailing from Enugu State and raised in Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria, Doris is a mentor, sister, and devoted mother of three. With an unwavering commitment to empowering individuals and communities, she brings a wealth of expertise and passion to our team.

Doris holds an impressive array of qualifications, including a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration from Plateau State Polytechnic (2005), a Postgraduate Diploma from Acronyms UAC University of Abomey-Calavi, Benin (2019), a Master’s degree in Marketing and Sales Management, and a Doctorate in Entrepreneurship, Business, and Strategic Management. She also earned a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and Philanthropy Management, alongside certifications in Human Development, Public Health, Wealth Creation, International Relations, and Brand Management.

Her professional journey reflects her entrepreneurial spirit and leadership prowess. Starting as a Sales Representative at Coca-Cola Bottling Company in Jos, Doris sharpened her skills in sales, marketing, and customer service. She went on to found and lead successful ventures, including *Organic Spring World Africa* (Director, 2021), *Booming Classic Global* (President/CEO), and a Health and Wellness Supplement Brand. As a fashion innovator, she owns *Booming Wears*, a clothing brand showcasing her creative flair, and she also manages a Hire-Purchase Delivery Bike Business. Her leadership extends to her roles as Chairman of the Justice Development and Peace Commission (JDPC) at St. Agnes Catholic Church, Ikeja, Lagos (2024–2025), and a key member of the College Executives Council of EBS/HIBC Open University.

Beyond her business achievements, Doris is a passionate philanthropist. As co-founder of the *Doctors for Children Foundation*, she has significantly impacted children’s welfare, embodying her dedication to community service. A God-fearing and determined woman, Doris lives by the values of focus, perseverance, hard work, and faith—principles that inspire her professional and charitable endeavors. Amb. Dr. (Mrs) Nkwontah Lily Ifeoma Jane-Frances

Organisational Leadership Expert | Philanthropist | Brand Ambassador**

Affectionately known as “Maama Lily,” Amb. Dr. Nkwontah Lily Ifeoma Jane-Frances was born on December 27, 1972, in Awka, Anambra State, Nigeria. A passionate advocate for girl-child education, Lily’s journey is one of resilience, leadership, and a deep commitment to uplifting others. She completed her secondary education at Army Secondary School, Awkunanaw, Enugu State in the early 1990s, laying the foundation for an impressive academic and professional career.

Lily holds an OND in Business Studies (2006) and an HND in Business Administration & Management (2009) from Lagos State Polytechnic, Isolo, followed by a PGD in Management Science (2010) and an MBA in Human Resources (2013) from Ladoke Akintola University, Ogbomosho, Osun State. Her pursuit of excellence continued with a Graduate Member Certificate from the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) in 2011, and in 2023, she was honored by EDSEA Business School with a Brand Ambassador title for MSMEs and an Honorary Doctorate Degree (Ph.D.) in Organisational Leadership and Philanthropist Management.

With over 16 years as an engineer trained on the job by German experts, Lily worked on telecommunications network surveys and AUTOCAD design with companies like Glo, MTN, Airtel, Siemens ICN Project, and Nokia Nigeria. This extensive corporate experience honed her organisational management, leadership, and innovation skills, earning her widespread recognition. Today, she channels her expertise into her role as a social worker, mentor, counselor, philanthropist, minister, and motivational speaker.

Lily’s impact extends far beyond the corporate world. A dedicated philanthropist, she co-founded an NGO and actively supports orphanage homes, the Red Cross Society of Nigeria, and Rotary International. Her work with EDSEA Business School as a Brand Ambassador for Small & Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (MSMEs) in 2022 reflects her flair for organisational acumen and community development. For over seven years, she has excelled in multi-level marketing, leveraging her analytical skills and networking prowess to inspire individuals and organisations alike.

A mother, wife, sister, and friend to her three humble, adorable children, Lily is a visionary leader and a mother figure to many. Her credibility, loyalty, and team leadership make her a cornerstone of our team, where she continues to impart positivity and drive meaningful change.

Osemwinvie Imiavan

 Legal Practitioner | Human Rights Advocate

The Secretary ( LSHF )

Osemwinvie Imiavan is a seasoned legal practitioner with over 15 years of experience specializing in International Law, Human Rights Practice & Advocacy, Maritime Law Consultancy, and Ecclesiastical Law. Based in Lagos, Nigeria, she serves as a vital member of our team at Adimula Bodunde & Co, where she has been a dedicated advocate since 2007.

A graduate of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma (2003), and called to the Bar by the Nigerian Law School, Bwari (2007), Osemwinvie combines her robust educational background with a passion for justice and humanitarian causes. Her work focuses on providing legal representation in human rights violation cases, asylum, and refugee matters, as well as drafting critical legal documents for both domestic and international courts. She is also deeply involved in field missions, evidence documentation, and conducting training sessions for lawyers, activists, and community leaders on international human rights and refugee law.

Osemwinvie’s contributions extend beyond the courtroom. She collaborates with NGOs, international organizations, and government agencies to advocate for legal reforms and protect human rights, driving impactful policy changes. Her proficiency in legal research, writing, and advocacy, paired with her ability to thrive in multicultural environments, makes her an invaluable asset to our team.

Fluent in Bini and English, Osemwinvie brings a unique perspective to her dual roles in law and pastoral support, reflecting her unwavering commitment to ethics, integrity, and the betterment of humanity and religious communities.
